Implants are a surgical procedure, so you want to know exactly who is operating. Before you commit, check that you can.

See the surgeon named, with credentials you can verify on the General Dental Council (GDC) register

Confirm their GDC number and how many years they have placed implants

Ask how many full-arch cases (a complete upper or lower set of teeth) they have completed

If a clinic cannot tell you who is doing the surgery, that is your answer

How does sedation work?

The sedation choices for you

Three sedation levels are available, chosen with you at consultation based on the work being done and how you feel about being awake.

Level 1

Minimal Sedation

A mild oral sedative. You are fully awake and alert, with the edge taken off.

Level 2

Moderate Sedation

A deeper level of relaxation. You feel drowsy and detached from the procedure.

Level 3

Deep Sedation

A deeper level of relaxation. You feel drowsy and detached from the procedure.

Level 1
Minimal sedation
A mild oral sedative. You are fully awake and alert, with the edge taken off.

Moderate Sedation
A deeper level of relaxation. You feel drowsy and detached from the procedure.

These levels can be delivered three ways

Most patients are treated comfortably with local anaesthetic. If you'd feel calmer, we also offer oral sedation, a tablet that takes the edge off while you stay awake and aware.

Sedation is included as standard with our Diamond Implant Package.

A day sedation package is £1,250 across other treatment tiers, and light sedation options start from £450. Finance is available on the same terms as the implant treatment itself.

What actually happens, and how long it takes

The first thing most patients tell us after consultation is that nobody had explained the timeline properly before... They had been quoted but not walked through.

Your Consultation. 45 Minutes, £95 £45

You meet your treating clinician. We take a CBCT scan, X-rays, and 3D imaging of your jaw, worth over £215 in diagnostic value on their own. We check the health of any remaining teeth, the bone available for implants, and the bite. You leave with a written treatment plan, an exact cost, a timeline, and a candidacy decision… If implants are not the right answer for you, we tell you what is.

From your first consultation to your final smile: 4-6 Months

Four to six months for most cases. Some more complex cases run longer, and we will tell you exactly where yours sits before any work begins.

The £̶65 £45 consultation fee covers the diagnostic work that decides whether implants are right for you. It is not a deposit. It is not a holding fee. It is the cost of finding out.

There is no obligation to proceed. The consultation fee covers the work done; it is yours either way. Once you do choose to proceed, your consultation fee is credited against your treatment.
